The Perform Europe Open Call has officially closed, and what a response!
We received 685 proposals from 41 Creative Europe countries, while over 5,160 performing arts professionals and organisations signed up to our Matchmaking Platform.
To everyone who took part: thank you. To the artists, organisations, festivals, residencies, collectives, venues, producers and all the others who connected across borders, exchanged ideas and built partnerships.
What happens now?
Every proposal will be checked against the eligibility criteria before moving forward to evaluation. If a proposal is not eligible, the applicant will be notified by 20 November 2026 at the latest. All eligible proposals will automatically proceed to the evaluation stage, without further notice.
By the end of January 2027, the lead partners of all selected proposals will be notified via email. The selected proposals will be announced publicly in the second half of February 2027.

Perform Europe aims to award €1.4 million in funding to at least 25 partnerships. The selected partnerships will tour their works between 1 March 2027 and 31 January 2028.
We’re excited to see where these collaborations lead.
Stay tuned!
Perform Europe is co-funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium of IETM – International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts, European Festivals Association (EFA), the European Dance Development Network (EDN), Circostrada, Pearle – Live Performance Europe and IDEA Consult.
